Great design is a core value at StockX. Whether it’s designing a print ad, or digital activation, the design team is an integral part of the business. We’re responsible for creating the brand experience customers have in their first interaction with StockX and ensuring that we deliver on that promise in the product itself.
As an Art Director/Photographer at StockX you’ll be part of a small but impactful team as you help us evolve the next generation of the product and brand. In your role, you’ll empathize with our customers’ needs, create scalable design systems, and deliver beautiful brand and product photography. You’ll be called upon to work through design challenges large and small, from creating print campaigns, managing digital assets, to designing brand creative.
What You'll Do/Need
This position provides an opportunity for a designer to apply their knowledge and skills to produce a broad range of finished products. Our designer must have passion for print and digital design, with a portfolio to match. Be ready for multiple tasks, team collaboration, tight deadlines, a high-volume workload and working with an outstanding and passionate creative team. You’ll collaborate with multiple people and teams to produce motivating, creative and exceptional designs.
StockX is the world’s first online ‘stock market of things’ for high-demand consumer products, including sneakers, watches and handbags. StockX connects buyers and sellers using the same methodology as the world’s stock markets – an anonymous ‘live Bid/Ask’ market. All products are physically authenticated by StockX, allowing participants to focus on the transparency of data available – including real-time market pricing, in-depth market analysis, individual portfolio tracking, historical sales and volume metrics. StockX launched in February of 2016. StockX TV, its ‘Mad Money for sneakers’ web series, began airing in April of 2017.
